Hebei KEMO Auto Parts Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2014, located in Niu Jiazhai Industrial Area, Wei County, Hebei Province, China. KEMO is a professional enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales and service manufacturer, specialized in the production of high-performance Air Conditioning Hose &Assembly , Hydraulic Brake hose and Air Brake hose assembly, Power Steering Hose & Assembly, Oil Cooler Hose, Fuel Hose and Formed hose for cars, buses and heavy trucks. KEMO covers an area of 2000 square meters,with more than 120 experienced production workers, and has a strong R&D team, including 10 experienced engineers, who are committed to continuous improvement of production technology, the development of new formulations,improvement of production efficiency and product quality. At the same time, KEMO also has a strong sales & after-sales service team of 30 people, with more than 8 years of foreign trade experience, so we have the ability to organize the delivery of various goods, and also provide a variety of trade terms: EXW, FOB, CIF, CPT , DAP, etc.

The company has advanced automobile rubber hose production technology and equipment, and developed new products with many well-known research institutions and testing centers in China. The company has passed IATF16949, IS09001,3C certification, DOT certification and other quality certification, with advanced production and testing equipment, adopted scientific 5S management mode, absorbed foreign advanced production technology, and established a complete and strict production and quality system. At present, KEMO has12 automatic extrusion production lines, 80 automatic high-speed braiding machines and 6 automatic vulcanizing pots, flexure tester, electronic tension machine, hose internal volume dilatometer , high and low temperature constant humidity flexure tester, etc. These devices more effectively ensure the physical and chemical properties of the product, thereby ensuring people's safety during the use of the product.

The products are not only supporting many domestic automobile and motorcycle manufacturers, but also exported to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and other countries.
